	"Institution" is name of the university
  
	"ARL" is ARL member status
		"yes" indicates an ARL member
		"no" means not a member

	"R1R2" is Carnegie classification
		R1 = Very High
		R2 = High
  
	"Type" is public or private university
	
	"Faculty" is faculty size by category
		Categories:
			1 = 0-500
			2 = over 500-1000
			3 = over 1000-2000
			4 = over 2000
    
	"Funding" is grouped research funding/expenditures
		Categories:
			1 = 0-25 million
			2 = over 25-100 million
			3 = over 100-200 million
			4 = over 200-500 million
			5 = over 500-1000 million
			6 = over 1 billion

	"DataLib" indicates if the library has a data librarian on staff
		"yes" means library has data librarian
		"no" means no data librarian
	
	"DataServ" indicates if the library has dedicated data services
		"yes" means library has services
		"no" means no services
	
	"DataRepo" indicates if the library has dedicated data repository
		"yes" means library has a data repository
		"no" means no data repository
	
	"DataInIR" indicates if the library says its institutional repository (IR) also accepts data
		"yes" means that the library has an IR that accepts data
		"no" means that there is no IR or that data is not accepted

	"DataPolicy" indicates that the university has a data policy
		"yes" means that there is a data policy (which will be described in the subsequent columns)
		"no" means that no policy was found
	
	"DefinesData" indicates if the university data policy explicitly defines data
		"yes" means policy defines data
		"no" means no definition (or no data policy)
	
	"ClearOwner" indicates if the data policy assigns a clear owner to the data (usually the university)
		"yes" means policy defines the data owner
		"no" means no clear owner assigned (or no data policy)
	
	"Steward" indicates if the data policy assigns a data steward or non-owner responsible party to the data
		"yes" means policy assigns a data steward
		"no" means no data steward assigned (or no data policy)
	
	"RetentionSpecific" indicates if the data policy defines a specific minimum retention time which is given in MinRetention column
		"yes" means a specific retention time is given in the policy
		"no" means no retention time or vague time given (or no data policy)
	
	"RetentionVague" indicates if the data policy requires data retention but does not give a specific duration
		"yes" means a vague retention time is given in the policy
		"no" means no retention time or specific time given (or no data policy)
	
	"DataAccess" indicates if the data policy defines who can have access to the data
		"yes" means the policy defines who can access the data
		"no" means no access parameters defined (or no data policy)

	"LeaveUni" indicates if the data policy defines what happens to the data when the researcher leaves the university
		"yes" means the policy defines what happens to the data when a researcher leaves the university
		"no" means no specifics given for departing researchers with respect to data (or no data policy)
	
	"IPpolicy" indicates if data fall under the university's normal IP policy
		"yes" means that research data fall under the university's IP policy
			("yes" in this column requires a "yes" in the "DataPolicy" column)
		"no" means data are not part of the regular IP policy
			("no" in this column and a "yes" under "DataPolicy" indicates a stand-alone data policy)
			("no" in this column and a "no" under "DataPolicy" indicates no policy at all)
